The World Basketball Association (WBA) Foundation will host its third annual Black College All-Star Classic on Sunday, March 19, 2006 in conjunction with the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena. The game will have a tape-delayed broadcast on Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast.
