1)
All Players must have league clearance before participation
in practice or games (any violation of this rule, team will
be subject to a $1,000 fine)
2)
College Players drafted must have expired all college eligibility
to be eligible for WBA draft (each team has first rights
to in-state players from local colleges and universities)
3) Drafted players will report to team prior to 1st regular
season game; Otherwise, team will lose rights to that player
and he will be considered a free agent
4) Any free Agent is eligible to play in the WBA.
5)
There will not be an allowance for injured reserve. Any
player injured can be replaced, but he will immediately
become a free agent
6)
WBA try out camp will be held March 24-25,2006. Players
will be chosen from that camp and each drafter player will proceed to the home site
of
the team
he was drafted
by.

Each roster must contain at least three rookies.

All final rosters must be in league office by [date TBD].
